I was looking for some blog ideas and found Brittany Lesser’s post over here. It’s a pretty nifty idea so I thought I’d write a post like that, too. Perhaps an update every so often would be welcome, too?
Finally! The photoshoot has been completed and my red rucksack all packed up. I wanted to travel with as few items as possible so I put everything in the mentioned rucksack and a handbag – luckily, Ryanair has become a bit more lenient when it comes to cabin baggage! Yay! It turned out that getting to the Trieste airport more than two hours in advance was a waste of time because the security check was crowd-free and, afterall, we had our seats reserved already so there really was no need to be the first in line. Since we had a lot of time to spare, my boyfriend and I answered a questionnaire about customer satisfaction at the airport. Some questions required us to THINK REALLY HARD because Italian English non funziona. 🙂
TGIF. Today was my fourth workout this week and the first time I worked my calves since the end of the Maxx Fit Contest over a week ago. It’s hard to get back into the groove after nearly a week of not working out, and since calves are my weak point, it was all the more difficult to find the energy necessary.
For some reason, I’m always freezing when doing calves – maybe because it’s only a tiny body part I’m working on – so I need to dress super warm for it. It was no different this time round so I tried to do reps as fast as possible in order not to cool down. Worry not, I did every set with care and no muscles were torn! 🙂
Hello, I guess I’m back in action once again, now on a new website*.
I participated in a fit contest and one of the requirements was to write a blog about my progress, including my workouts and meals. And guess what? I got so used to writing about my daily life over the past four months that now, when the contest’s nearly officially over, there is something missing in my life. Sure, I have other, more important things to write about but I suppose there’s nothing like writing about your daily shenanigans.
I don’t think I will post every single day but once every week should be manageable, right? Except that this time round, I won’t be writing only about fitness, or knitting, I’ll also try to include some other things like concerts, random thoughts, make-up maybe… Things like that. Whatever sparks my interest and keeps my creativity juices flowing, haha.
And to keep you interested, here’s the topic for my next post: London!
*You can find my old blog at bunnyechoes.blogspot.com. What are my reasons for moving? One of them is that I barely updated my old blog, which has been set up 6 years ago. It never had any specific purpose and the posts were published only now and then. I’m considering this a fresh start and a new blog seemed very fitting. Another reason is that once I changed the URL of my old blog, Bloglovin wouldn’t find its feed and I don’t want to spend time waiting for their reply to my e-mail query. Yes, I’m impatient!
