This has been on my mind for the past couple of days if not the whole month of December. As time moves on, tracking macros is getting harder and harder. Not because I would be trying to lose weight but because I’m bulking, and I think there really is no reason to keep it all on point. I don’t feel frustrated, just lazy.
On top of that, it’s the holiday season with cakes and pastries everywhere you look. Saying “no” to them is not exactly difficult, and I have some self-control when it comes down to sticking a certain diet but sometimes… Man, sometimes I just want to share a moment with my family, friends, coworkers.
I’m not saying everyone should do it or that it’s a great way to deal with bulking but I will make the best of this festive season. I won’t binge eat, and I won’t eat “whatever” but I do plan to have one more cookie at dinner. I will still go to the gym and do my best, no matter what part of diet I will be doing at that point. 🙂
